Speaker Series, Skill Building Workshops & Networking

Throughout the year, we bring a number of global thought leaders to campus to talk to students about various topics in the field of entrepreneurship as well as facilitate opportunities for students to attend events related to entrepreneurship in London. We also hold a number of skill building workshops for students to learn skills such as programming, web design, data science, and design thinking, and we have established partnerships with educational institutions such as General Assembly to offer LBS students discounts on their programming. Additionally, we organise networking events to connect current students with alumni who are leaders in the London entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Treks

Each year, we organise treks to Silicon Valley, New York City, and Tel Aviv to immerse students in the global entrepreneurial ecosystem. During treks, participating students visit the offices of leading technology firms, growth-stage startups, and venture capital funds. Through treks, students network LBS alumni and those working in entrepreneurial ecosystems around the world.

HackLBS & Launchpad

HackLBS and Launchpad are two initiatives of the Entrepreneurship Club that provide students with a platform to launch their own entrepreneurial ventures. HackLBS is London Business School's annual hackathon that brings together the top business minds, technology talent, and design gurus for three days of product design madness. Launchpad is a 2 month immersive program that brings together members of the London entrepreneurial community to turn ideas into actual products through a series of workshops and coaching sessions. Past participants of these programs have gone on to further their ventures at top accelerators such as TechStars.
